Our services
Our services
1. Inpatient care — the Prakongruk ward
We admit patients who need close symptom management — such as difficult-to-control pain, breathlessness, nausea and vomiting, or other distressing symptoms — as well as patients requiring end-of-life care, in a calm, warm, and private environment where families can take part in caring for their loved one.
- Specialist-led management of pain and distressing symptoms
- Family meetings to plan care together
- Psychological, social, and spiritual support
- Preparation for continuing care at home and coordination with services near you
2. Hospital consultation service
Our palliative care team co-manages patients admitted to any ward in the hospital, upon referral from the attending physician. We work alongside the primary team to strengthen symptom management, goals-of-care communication, and advance care planning, while the patient remains under the care of their attending physician.
3. Outpatient clinic
For patients and families who wish to continue symptom management, adjust medications, or discuss advance care planning and living wills — without needing hospital admission.
